Motionsoft came to us with a most interesting task – they wanted to help commercial gyms, corporations, hospitals, hotels, and universities better and more easily manage their people, facilities, billing and overall operations in order to create more a more fluid experience for customers.We took a look at their then current client relationship management software, which involved inconsistent navigation, difficulty in finding tasks and completing those tasks, and a visual experience that was too generic.

Deciding that the entire system needed a face lift, we set out on the course to streamline and simplify the navigation in order to make it easier to use. We also created a more predictable user experience in order to reduce the time it takes to complete tasks – after all, technology is supposed to work for you, not against you. We made multi-tasking a simpler, more pleasurable experience due to easier management and allowed Motionsoft to easily skin and brand the software to each client’s needs.

The result was incredibly powerful. We eliminated the need to learn multiple programs, troubleshoot through complected processes, and disparate data and other information. In other words, we developed an idiot-proof software platform that is incredibly easy and makes everyone’s lives easier, because that’s what it’s all about.
